Aluminum van shelving kits and complete units, cut to the van
Westcan cuts its shelving on CNC equipment in British Columbia, so a vehicle-specific unit follows the wall contour of the van it is listed for instead of leaving a wedge of wasted space behind the end panel. The same shelf hardware is sold as universal kits, which is how you build a layout for a cube van, a trailer or a van that is not in the fitment tables. Two numbers matter on every shelf: each carries 55 lb per linear foot, and the phenolic surface takes 0.100 inch aluminum dividers that screw straight down, sold in packs of 10 and 50.

Complete shelf units
Vehicle-specific units in two, three, four and five shelf configurations, with or without bins. Depths run from 16 to 21 inches and heights from 46 to 62 inches, matched to the roof height. Cube van and universal units are listed by length, from 36 to 84 inches.
Fold-up shelving
Fold-up shelves fold flat against the wall when the space is needed for cargo. They are sold as complete units, as shelf kits from 36 to 84 inches, and as upper mount kits sized for ProMaster, Transit, Sprinter and NV walls.
Universal end panels and shelf kits
Straight and contoured end panel kits set the height and depth of a bank; single shelf kits from 24 to 96 inches long and 12 to 20 inches deep go between them. The pieces are modular, so you can extend a run later or add a second bank on the other wall.
Divider shelf kits and bin packages
Divider shelf kits arrive with dividers matched to the shelf length; shelf bin packages add removable parts bins for small stock. Both suit electricians and HVAC technicians who carry fittings rather than tools.
Shelf accessories
Retainer lips keep loose stock on the shelf while the van is moving, shelf backs close the rear of a bank, centre supports stiffen long spans, and locking shelf door kits secure a bay of tools. Many accessories are also sold as Bulk Buy listings for fleets.

Choosing the right van shelving
Measure the van first: roof height, wheelbase and whether the sliding door is on one side or both, because a shelf bank cannot cross a door opening. Then decide between a vehicle-specific unit, which fits the contour and installs fastest, and a universal build, which gives any length and depth. Check depth against what you carry; a 16 inch shelf suits fittings and bins, a 20 or 21 inch shelf suits tool cases. If you are also fitting a safety partition and liners, install liners first, then the partition, then shelving. How much weight will a van shelf hold?
55 lb per linear foot, evenly distributed, so a 48 inch shelf carries about 220 lb and a 72 inch shelf about 395 lb.
Can I buy a complete van shelving kit for my van?
